Step 2:

Preparing for the Trip

With over a decade of experience in dog breeding, handling, and transportation, our team prioritizes animal comfort and safety. Our vehicles are Ford Transit passenger vans equipped with heating and air conditioning that extend from front to back, creating an optimal climate for your pet's comfort. Unlike standard cargo vans, this setup maintains consistent and pet-friendly temperatures.

Additionally, all our vehicles are sanitized thoroughly after every trip, ensuring a clean and safe environment for every pet.

Step 3:

Documentation and Health Requirements

For pets crossing borders, ensuring that all documentation and health requirements are met is essential:

Vaccines and Health Certificates: Pets traveling to the United States must have a valid health certificate to cross the border. Rabies vaccinations are required at 12 weeks in the U.S. and by 16 weeks in Canada. These documents ensure your pet’s safe and lawful travel, and we require them before pick-up.
Broker Assistance: Since hiring a pet shipper is considered a commercial shipment, a broker is necessary to handle customs paperwork and taxes when crossing borders. We’ll guide you through this process to ensure all steps are completed correctly.

Step 4:

During the Journey

We understand that frequent breaks are crucial for your pet’s comfort and well-being. Our travel process includes:

Scheduled Bathroom Breaks: We stop every four hours, providing bathroom breaks for pets. If a pet shows signs of needing a break sooner, we’ll make an unscheduled stop to keep them comfortable.
Feeding and Watering: Fresh water is available to pets throughout the entire journey, and feeding schedules are followed three times daily or as per your request. We can also accommodate any special dietary needs to make your pet’s experience as seamless as possible.
Love and Attention: At each rest stop, our trained handlers provide pets with the attention, love, and comfort they need to feel secure and relaxed.

We offer international pet shipping and flight nanny services for destinations including the United States, Europe, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. For global travel:
